**About the Role**:
We are hiring two experienced **Technical Leads**with a strong background in **React.js and Node.js**to join a high-impact project in the financial services sector. This is a **12-month contract**role based in **Singapore**, with one position starting in **July**and another in **September/October**. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering robust, scalable, and secure digital platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical leadership, working with modern JavaScript frameworks, and contributing to high-availability financial systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.
- Drive design discussions and own the technical direction of the project.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Support integration with third-party APIs and financial services platforms.
- Implement CI/CD best practices and unit testing standards.

***Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 years**of hands-on development experience.
- Proven leadership in at least **2 full project lifecycles**as a Technical Lead.
- Strong knowledge in **React.js**, **Node.js**, **Typescript**, and **RESTful APIs**.
- Familiar with **Agile/Scrum**methodologies.
- Exposure to **banking or financial services**systems is a strong advantage.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and cloud services (e.g., AWS/Azure).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with security practices relevant to financial institutions.
- Understanding of performance tuning and scalable architecture design.
