About the job:
Main Responsibilities-
- To meet the SLA’s for processing the incoming cases and the agreed quality standards;- To identify and escalate potential areas for process improvement and system automation with focus on enhancing the client experience;- To remove complexity and increase productivity by active participation in process improvement. Streamline and optimize processes where possible and contribute actively in creating and maintaining global policies, procedures and work instructions;- To use risk based approach while ensuring that the Saxo Group is not exposed to regulatory or compliance risk. Ensure that KYC quality is high and that client risk is kept under control;- To participate in daily tasks such as quality check, review of results of the ongoing client AML screening, processing incoming requests to the team’s inbox;- To handle ongoing maintenance of existing customer static data;- To do periodic review of corporate and institutional clients, ensuring documentation is accurate & current. Ensure periodic review is handled timely and within the agreed SLAs on processing time and quality in production;- To create, maintain and align work-related work instructions and procedures within Saxo Group where required.- To comply with Saxo Group’s prevailing Security Policy and Business Procedures;- To work with key internal stakeholders within the Global Onboarding & KYC teams;- To interact and cooperate with other relevant departments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency, proper business procedures and client focus;- To be able to work independently after appropriate training has been provided.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage to handle documents written in Japanese, but it is not a must.- Positive attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure and perform comfortably in high stress environment, whilst still achieving targets- Ability to think quickly and problem solve- Good team player-
- Corporate and Institutional onboarding/periodic review of APAC and European countries experience will be an advantage- Client facing experience is an advantage
