DESIGNATION : Executive/Senior Executive, Planning & Operations (3-year contract), SMUA

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position supports the operations of SMU Academy in the areas of planning and operations for course runs and course support of its programmes. The major job duties and responsibilities for this position include:

- Provide logístical and administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of Academy courses.
- Supervise and manage a team of course support staff and student assistants.
- Oversee and administer face-to-face and online courses.
- May require working occasionally on some weekday evenings/weekends to support Academy courses. Flexible time-off and/or off-days will be compensated for such work deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Analytical, resourceful and meticulous
- Able to work collaboratively with others
- Good communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to engage with our internal and external stakeholders
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency
- Preferably with experience in training, administration or course coordination work
