**Your Responsibilities**:

- To art direct and lead the creative team by crafting and executing concepts across all marketing / media platforms, maintaining quality of all creative works from the agency
- To lead the development of creative presentations and present the agency's ideas to clients effectively
- To understand creative briefs and be hands-on, translating to design, adaptation, layout and preparation of final artwork independently and/or as a team
- To translate content into visuals with high knowledge and understanding of consumer experience in various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- As an independent member of the creative team to conceptualize, translate concepts to design work, understanding and digesting briefs to develop creative works such as advertisements, social media posts including gifs / animations, brand identity, interactive / digital content and point-of-sale materials (POSMs)
- To relate your work to the needs of the target audience, communicating the unique selling points of your design
- To have a passion for visual design by keeping up-to-date with creative trends
- To manage the creative team’s workload and flow to ensure timely delivery.
- To take on any other duties as assigned

**Our Requirements**:

- Possess a creative flair and conceptual thinking, with excellent design skills and aesthetic sense
- Multidisciplinary-proficient in adaptation, layout and digital imaging skills
- Ability to develop in Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Keen interest in photography and videography with knowledge of Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro will be advantageous
- Inspirational individual with a heart to lead and mentor
- Confident and meticulous team player / individual with a high level of accuracy and reliability
- Able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of written English and/or copywriting skills will be advantageous, but not a necessity
- Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in creative / digital agencies

You will be working with designers, developers and marketeers. If you meet the requirements and have a positive attitude with an open mindset, this role is suitable for you.
