- Assist to manage recruitment activities and internship programs to meet company’s manpower need.
- Work closely with recruitment agents and monitor the performance of the agents to fulfil manpower placements in a timely manner.
- Maintenance of personnel-related files and records such as P-files, staff claims.
- Assist on the onboarding of new hires and off-boarding/ clearance for resignees, including conducting exit interviews (for non-executives).
- Assisting in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, plan, processes and programs to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Assist in welfare and benefits administration and processing of claims; follow-up on insurance renewals and claims, medical insurance, work injury insurance etc.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and manage employee welfare and wellness programme.
- Assist in KPI review exercise, JD and yearly KPI drafting for annual performance appraisal.
- Assist in other HR projects as and when required.
**Specifications/Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills)**:
- Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experiences.
- High integrity in handling confidential information.
- Forward looking, organized and driven about his/her work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate independence and ability to work well in a team.
