**Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions for therapists to be deployed for mobile spa treatments
- Conduct retraining and upskilling sessions for therapists to be equipped for different type of massages
- Assess existing therapists’ performance and manage them accordingly
- Improve current training program and provide inputs in design of new SOP when required
- Work with the business development team to innovate and deliver a superior spa experience for customers

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in training at spas or other recognised companies
- Patient, self-motivated & good communication skills
- Ability to condense lengthy training structure into a no-frills & succinct training curriculum
- Proficiency in both English & Mandarin is a plus

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
