Singapore M2R System Technology Pte. Ltd. Full time

Perform the full spectrum of HR activities
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Job Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in HRM, Business Studies or related discipline
- At least 3-5 years of HR generalist experiences
- Proven track record in implementing and driving progressive HR practices, initiatives and programs based on analytical HR data trend
- Able to handle all walks of life with good interpersonal and communication skills
- A hands-on and multi-task person
- Able to work well with minimum supervision
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as there is a need to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
