About the Team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. The service and experience Team is part of the Governance and Experience organization. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing solutions and strategies to empower SEA sellers; understand the platform policies and products; have insight into sellers' pain points and deep dive into the root cause; develop solutions through data and process analysis; work with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize processes and products to solve sellers' pain points
2. Develop processes for service account managers, ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the processes, provide support to service account managers as needed, and ensure that they understand and follow the processes.
3. Formulate the product functions required in the process of implementation, understand the current product capabilities of the platform, propose the BRD for product optimization, cooperate with the product and technical team, follow up the output of PRD and promote the launch, to continuously optimize product features.
4. Responsible for seller experience improvement projects, effectively organize the project team, break down objectives and tasks, ensure the project is in progress through process or product optimization to meet the project goals.
5. Proactively identify problems and opportunities, conduct root cause analysis and diagnosis, provide feasible and optimized solutions.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience in operations, or project management; preferred experience in process optimization or product operations
3. Data analysis and problem-solving skills
4. Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
5. Experience in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus.
