***You are**:
An eager Business Operations Associate with strong communication skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to learn and pitch in any way you can. You’ll work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Operations team, gaining exposure to all aspects of the Plume ecosystem, market expansion, branding, and partnership development. You're the glue that keeps the engine humming across multiple functions and timezones.

**Overall Responsibilities**:

- ** Operational Strategy & Process Improvement**: Design, implement, and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Analyze large datasets related to users, transactions, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with teams such as Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Support to ensure smooth business operations.
- ** Project Management**: Lead and execute strategic projects aimed at driving company growth and operational excellence.
- ** Business Analytics & Reporting**: Develop dashboards, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior leadership to support decision-making.
- ** Technology & Tools Implementation**: Identify, evaluate, and implement tools and software to improve operational workflows and efficiency.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, vendors, or clients to streamline communications and ensure alignment.
- ** Process Documentation**: Develop and maintain clear documentation of processes, policies, and workflows to support scalability and team onboarding.

***Within 1 month, you should expect to**:

- Familiarize yourself with our brand, ecosystem, current marketing strategies, and key processes.
- Improve processes and drive execution across multiple functions and timezones.
- Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and product teams to drive results for the ecosystem.

***Qualifications**:

- ** Crypto Native**: Strong understanding of crypto communities and deep understanding of the communities you're involved in.
- ** Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketing, business operations, or a similar role, preferably at a fast growing tech, blockchain, or financial services startup.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners.
- ** Proactive**: Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ** Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools is a plus.
