**We will count on you to**:
- Provide clients with proactive, strategic advice on navigating the claims process with insurers, and liaise with insurers to resolve queries and policy coverage issues. Participates in routine discussions and correspondence with clients, on claim calculations or coverage to build strong client relationships.
- Monitor insurer response and gathers supporting documentation for senior colleagues in order to engage with insurers and their professional advisers.
- Identify appropriate policies and/or coverages and analyses/considers notification against same to support more claims process.
- Analyze loss statistics, identifies trends, and claims cost reduction opportunities, to support improvements in claims process.
- Align on audit criteria and carries out audit of insurers/other suppliers against agreed service levels, comments on reserves, and issues a report with recommendations to maintain quality of claims process.
- Provide administrative support to senior team members through research, document creation (proposals, reports, presentations), and scheduling in order to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**What you need to have**:
- 3 to 5 years of prior claims experience, legal-related background would be a plus
- Meticulous and attentive to detail
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and keep track of timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Certifications such as CGI or other equivalent relevant qualifications would be preferred
