**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities

1, Assist the General Manager to process daily works, eg. Admin, HR (mainly recruitment), Customer Service, Accounting.

2, Daily Job planning on time for Housekeeping Service for All workers, according to Existing Customer Temporary/ Regular Requirements, and New Sales Orders.

3, Conduct Customer Survey thru Text or Phone Calls.

4, Evaluation of Workers, Forewomen, and Supervisors’ Performance, and report to Manager for future action, if any.

5, Collect and Manage Customer Payment.

6, Calculate Worker Work Hours and Pay.

7, Process Invoice and Cheques.

8, Cash flow management.

9, Maintain Monthly Turnover Database in Excel.

10, Prepare all accounting reports (eg. Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet) for submission to Authorities, eg. IRAS, ACRA, MOM.

11, Support Manager for other duties that may be assigned.

12, Full time, 5.5 days, monthly salary $1,800 to $3,500.

**Job Requirements**:
2, Must be a** fast learner** and received verbal message of work instruction at Higher Efficiency.

3, Excellent follow up and interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with internal and external customers.

4, At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field, especially customer service.

**5, Possible Work hours from 11am to 8pm/9pm, need to work on Weekend, Off day is on weekday, instead of Sunday.**

5, 24 months renewable Contract.

6, Adaptable and resourceful, able to work independently.

7, Good team player with **initiative **and keen learning interest.

8, Versatile & Detailed, Self-motivated.
