We are currently recruiting for a Financial Manager / Senior Financial Analyst for APAC. This position will be based in Singapore and responsible for providing in-depth analysis and reports needed by APAC leadership team to make informed decisions to achieve APAC’s strategic objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be a key Finance business partner for leadership in APAC.
- Deliver accurate, timely and insightful business results of group forecast and budgeting activities, putting together the global financials in visual presentations while understanding the context behind numbers.
- Provide analysis, financial modelling (e.g. scenario planning, simulations) and reporting as required.
- Drive new finance related processes and suggest areas to improve existing finance related processes to improve business efficiency in the region (e.g. to automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational and accounting processes).
- Participate in projects and key initiatives within the Global Finance team.

The position will require you to familiarise yourself with the firm's various financial systems, policies and procedures. You will need to be agile and resourceful in the course of your daily work.

You will also need to collaborate and develop strong working relationships with members of the Hogan Lovells Finance team regionally to establish financial processes, procedures, controls and reporting for the firm.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 8 years of FP&A or management reporting experience.
- Finance / Accounting qualification (Qualified CPA/ACCA is preferred but not essential).
- Proven experience in a professional services environment or partnership model.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to partner with all levels of the organization. Influence stakeholders using data.
- Takes pride in their work’s integrity, quality, timeliness and accuracy.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
