**What you'll be doing**:

- Co-ownership of the talent acquisition function, operating with urgency, autonomy, and a bias for action to deliver business-critical hires.
- Drive strategic workforce planning by anticipating hiring needs, challenging assumptions, and influencing resourcing decisions at leadership level.
- Continuously improve processes and outcomes, using data, creativity, and first-principles thinking to solve hiring bottlenecks and scale sustainably.
- Engage and challenge stakeholders effectively, building credibility through strong execution, sharp insights, and a deep understanding of the business.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning hiring decisions with business priorities through data, insight, and strong commercial acumen.
- Expert in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong track record in Consumer, E-commerce, or Retail, delivering quality hires at pace.
- Builder and optimiser of TA infrastructure, streamlining processes for scale, speed, and experience across sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Data-driven and outcomes-focused, leveraging recruitment metrics to identify gaps, improve funnel efficiency, and drive strategic decisions.
- Leader and coach, capable of elevating hiring capabilities across teams through clear guidance, structured enablement, and hands-on partnership.
