We are hiring an VP, Data Services Product Manager, this role will play a key role to partner and deliver business stakeholder in delivering enterprise data governance products and solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- You will play a key role in driving and implementing effective, cost-efficient data service and virtualization layer at enterprise scale
- Establish good understanding of investment asset class specific domain knowledge and business processes
- Influence business processes and workflows so that they are aligned with data service strategy both in terms of onboarding and usage
- Design, execute and optimize dataservice strategy, products and solutions to deliver data as a service across the company
- Work closely with data architecture, engineering, management teams within Data Strategy Group to deliver the outlined data products and solutions.
- Drive synergy across the solutions for similar data needsfrom different business units
- Develop processes and roadmap to support data service strategy and initiatives to create sustainable and scalable data usage across the company

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in data, finance or asset management industry
- Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering/Science, Data Science or relevant disciplines
- Possess good knowledge of financial instruments and markets.
- Experience in data engineering and platform in one or more areas:

- Major Cloud-based Data Platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, RDS)
- Data Lake/Big Data Technology (Cloudera, Databricks, EMR)
- Data Virtualization Technology (Denodo)
- Data Streaming Technology (Kafka, TIBCO)
- Business Intelligence (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Search Technology(Solr, Fusion)
- O365 Suite
- Experience with machine learning, NLP and deep learning modelling and model management is a plus
- Ability to engage with business, gather requirements on business needs and translating them into data solutions
- Strong communication and people engagement skills to interact internally within team and externally across functions to design and develop solutions
- Self-driven, pro-active and great sense of purpose to relook existing data usage and implement innovation to strive for greater quality and efficiency of data solutions
- Exposure to financial services industries is a huge bonus
