**About the role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the holding company’s monthly accounts
- Manage the consolidation reporting process, including resolving intercompany mismatched balances and transactions
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and its analysis, including liaison with entities on monthly reporting, reconciliation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Ensure entities complete their submissions accurately and timely
- Prepare monthly consolidated cash flow statements and analysis
- Collaborate with local and overseas finance teams to ensure reporting submissions are accurate and on-time;
- Provide guidance and advice on accounting and group policy requirements where required
- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax and other statutory returns to government authorities
- Group treasury functions including cashflow forecast, cashflow updates and bank mandates maintenance
- Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring the timely completion of audits and acting on issues and recommendations.
- Actively reviewing and recommending measures for continuous improvement in internal controls and business processes.
- Support improvement initiatives and ad-hoc activities as assigned from time to time.

**What we're looking for**
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with relevant professional qualifications (CA/CPA)
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in consolidation and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of tax and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP, reporting and financial analysis tools eg. SIGMA/PROPHIX
- Strong technical accounting and reporting knowledge under Singapore GAAP and IFRS
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP and other reporting software eg. SIGMA/PROPHIX
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues/ get things done in a chaotic and culturally-diverse environment
