**Accountant (Group Consolidation)**
- Oversee the primary monthly consolidation regional entities.
- Coordinate with In-Country Finance Accountant and Sales Lead for various day-to-day transactions and month end/financial transactions.
- Monitor In-Country Accounting and cash flow and will report on the financial reports submitted by In-Country team
- Tracking and reconciliation of Intercompany balances, tracking of In-Country accounting schedules, liaise with the In-Country Auditors for the closing of the in-country audit.
- Ensure the budgeting forecasting and tracking to actuals monthly and oversee the budget of In-Country during annual preparation exercise for the In-Country entities.
- Track the local compliance and ensure the local statutory requirements for the In-Country entities are met. Process the expenses and track the periodic covenants & related reporting to bank.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
- Must have group consolidation and knowledge of international accounting experience
- ACCA with relevant consolidation experience with be an added advantage
- Group consolidation with multiple entities and multi-currency Financial Statements.
- Well versed with IFRS, SFRS and Audit closing experience.
- Statutory compliance of GST, Income Tax, and Singapore financial statute.
- Statutory compliance of all Tax and local financial regulation of In-Country.
- Sound knowledge of taxation standards.
- Good analytical skills with knowledge of budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis.
