The Singapore business is looking for a motivated domain expert as Head of Operations with a hands-on approach to leadership, results-oriented, meticulous and with a passion for creating an entertaining and fun environment for Fun Squad and guests. Responsible for creating remarkable and consistent guest experience as well as profitable venues, this role must deliver operations as per TEEG established benchmarks.
The Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and People Management
- Set clear goals and hold people accountable to a high standard of delivery.
- Motivate and manage team performance to deliver operating benchmarks.
- Review training plans with P&C to ensure alignment to operational goals. Review and reduce attrition to better deploy people resources.
2. Create Memorable Guest Experience
- Execute TEEG fundamentals and benchmarks to continually improve the guest experience in the venues.
- Oversee curation of games mix and layouts for venues, depending on target catchment.
- Elevate functional quality of games, i.e. settings, payouts and upkeep.
- Review and be ahead of the curve on selection of trendy merchandise.
- Elevate quality of prize-shops via refreshing visual merchandising and regularly curating merchandise mix catering to the venue catchment. Implement TEEG benchmarks on safety for guests and funsquad.
3. Drive Business and Deliver Results
- Activate all aspects of operations to be guest-focused with the goal to drive revenue.
- Be commercially-savvy on all direct operating costs to protect venue EBITDA.
- Manage inventory levels of merchandise at optimal levels to achieve maximum sell through and low holding costs.
- Manage people resources to maximise sales, peak and off-peak coverage and guest engagement.
