**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Director - Sales & Marketing** to build our Sales & Marketing engine. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the company's Go-To-Market strategy and will roll up your sleeves to execute it.

You must be a strong business leader with previous experience scaling a security service startup or business unit from 7 to 8 figure ARR. Importantly, you need to translate ideas into actions, and actions into results. Take calculated risks, experiment, fail, reflect, pivot, grind and succeed.

You will lead an existing (small) sales team full of passion, talent, enthusiasm and grit. You are expected to be an enabler, a mentor, a coach for them to realise their full untapped potential.

This position is a key strategic role in the company and will provide an opportunity to grow at a pace rarely seen across the region.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Create a never-ending flow of qualified, inbound leads.

2. Build a sales engine that closes most of them, consistently.
- Lead and execute the business Go-To-Market strategy
- Build and lead the Sales & Marketing function
- Transition from growth hacking to growth marketing
- Lead a team of highly passionate, talented, high potential individuals
- Relentlessly seek to add value to all customer engagements
- Grow and maintain healthy business metrics

**Requirements**:

- Grown a cybersecurity service business from 7 to 8 figure ARR in Asia
- Experience building a sales & marketing engine
- Experience working with technology partners is a strong plus
- Bias for Action: resist the temptation to create a perfect world and instead deliver continuous and gradual improvements
- Being resourceful, creative, having ideas, opinions and being willing to challenge conventional approaches
- Exceptional communication skills making people feel comfortable and foster psychological safety
- Business Acumen to relate how decisions may impact the business
- Location: Asia. Preference: Manila, Philippines.
