**Role Location**: ANZ Singapore

**Role Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

In addition, your role is also responsible for all Product Management activities across Markets, leading a team to ensure that there is a clear strategy and prioritisation of product development, classification, and assessments ahead of product variations or new products, manufacture and remediate Products, ensuring that business and regulatory needs are being met. Working across the Front Office Singapore team to ensure that Markets Product Management and governance requirements remain met.

**Your key priorities and responsibilities include**:
To be the secretary of the Markets Product Management Committee.

Together with the Head of Desk Risk Management, you will work closely to ensure smooth delivery of support to Markets’ desk heads across the virtual Desk Management team comprised of Business Execution, Desk Risk Management and Product function.

You will report to the Head of Front Office Support & Governance but will provide direct support to the Head of Trading & Markets Asia in their business

Lead a high performing team of Business Execution that cover all trading asset classes.

This role also provides direct support to the MD Markets in fulfilling their responsibilities of Product Owner of all Markets products.

Key stakeholders for the role include the Desk Heads, the Markets Leadership Teams globally and in each of the covered countries.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive experience and knowledge of the Financial Markets and the environment that ANZ Markets operates in with demonstrated understanding of products, sales and trading

Sets goals and delivers results with proven experience in leading self and others when delivering large scale change, with strong customer focus and ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all seniority levels

Worked in Asia and understand the local landscape, regulations, market dynamics and cultural aspects

Extensive experience ensuring a optimised and effective control environment and demonstrated experience to operationalise policies and procedures to meet internal and regulatory obligations

Demonstrated ability to lead culture, maturity of approach, strength of resilience and ability to lead through ambiguity

Highly developed and proven capability for risk focused, but commercial and analytical judgement including in the absence of clear direction or lack of consensus.
