**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support
- Filing, photocopying, scanning & faxing of documents, etc
- Perform daily data entry (e.g. DO reception, etc) into ERP system
- Assist in the development of project budgets
- Assisting in monthly project cost control result closing Any ad-hoc duties, support and other general administrative works assigned by superior
**Job Requirements
- Minimally GCE ‘O’ levels or Diploma in any discipline
- No experience is welcomed, must be hardworking and willing to learn
- Meticulous, systematic, neat and organized
- Ability to handle data entry job, process requests timely and accurately
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Displays high level of flexibility and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
