**Job Summary**:
The Account Assistant provides essential support to both the internal finance team and external clients by managing accounting entries, resolving queries, and ensuring timely and accurate financial records. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry for invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Assist clients in using our accounting system - including answering queries and guiding them on correct usage
- Ensure client financial records are accurately updated and reconciled
- Prepare monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and GST returns for clients as required
- Follow up with clients on missing documents or clarification needed for bookkeeping
- Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot client issues or system errors
- Help prepare documents for audits, tax filings, and financial reviews
- Maintain organized records for multiple clients in accordance with company procedures

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Cooperative and supportive team member
- Friendly, positive and solution-oriented disposition

**Qualifications and Experience**
- "O" level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred (for management trainee)
- Accountant, Bookkeeper or Customer Service experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Accounting software would be an advantage
- Immediate availability preferred
