**Key responsibilities**
- Address audit issues.
- Advise supervisors on the execution of new policies.
- Analyse issues reported and propose changes to improve current processes.
- Carry out actions to address and resolve aircraft damages during operations.
- Conduct audits to determine if SOPs are followed.
- Develop on-the-job training programmes.
- Develop workplace learning plans.
- Enforce a safe and secure work culture.
- Enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and report on hazards identified during operations and propose actions to address them.
- Recommend action plans to prevent failure to follow safety or security regulations.
- Recommend enhancements to GSE to improve operations.
- Resolve possible operational, manpower and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) issues before operations.
- Work with airline representatives to manage ground handling services and operations.

**Key requirements**
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Experience in the aviation industry would be an advantage
- Resilient, resourceful, creative and collaborative traits, and good interpersonal skills are required for this position
- Possess good organizing, problem solving and supervisory skills and abilities
- Possess strong communication skills
- Team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Meticulous in his/her work output
