**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing and updating company website, social media accounts and e-commerce platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Shopee, etc.).
- Help design simple promotional materials (EDMs, posters, social media posts).
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends
- Support quotation preparation, order entry, and customer follow-up.
- Provide administrative support for sales and marketing teams (e.g., updating customer database, data entry).
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and post-campaign summaries.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset, proactive and positive.
- Proficient in Google Sheet & MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Interest in social media and e-commerce; knowledge of Canva or Adobe design tools will be an advantage.

**Learning Outcomes**
- Learn customer service processes and sales support functions.
- Exposure to e-commerce and printing industry operations.
