Intern (Customer Care & Marketing) (2-3 Months)

The incumbent will be supporting GYMMBOXX’s Customer Care and Marketing Department. Duties and responsibilities include:

- Managing social media inquiries/feedback and being the primary contact for all service issues
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer issues
- Managing day-to-day procurement operations for products and merchandise (i.e., planning, forecasting, sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing) from vendors
- Conducting analysis in aspects of cost/price, vendors, sales, and consumer trends for the development of GYMMBOXX’s retail segment
- Proposing and implementing new products and merchandise in line with customers’ needs and fitness trends
- Planning, executing, and supporting marketing campaigns/events on multiple channels
- Any other work duties as assigned by reporting officer

**Requirements**:

- Minimum NITEC in any discipline
- Strong written/spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and administrative skills

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 2-3 months

**Salary**: $800.00 - $900.00 per month
