We’re building **LGHD Circle**, a curated space that _starts with showcasing talent first _, not sifting through job ads.

We’ve just launched the **Talent Gallery**— a dedicated space for marketing, creative, and business folks to post what they do, what they’re great at, and what kind of opportunities they’re open to.

**What Happens After?**
Once we’ve built up a solid base of showcased talent, we’ll unlock the **Opportunities Drop Zone**— where companies and collaborators will post actual freelance gigs, part-time roles, and project work.
