This is a marketing role like no other. We're looking for someone who can bring creativity to life through design, drive real business results, and thrive on owning campaigns end-to-end.

About the Job:

  • Design high-quality assets that are both performance-driven and aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Own CRM performance by planning and executing lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels.
  • Experiment boldly by running structured A/B tests on messages, creatives, and sequences.
  • Create content that converts by developing full-funnel creatives across formats and channels.
  • Support growth initiatives by contributing to SEO, content, affiliates, and KOL campaigns.
  • Collaborate across functions to scope and push forward high-impact marketing initiatives.

What We Need From You:

  • A creative portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills across digital formats.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines with precision and consistency.
  • Experience in marketing, especially CRM, lifecycle, or digital campaigns.
  • Mix of creativity and analytical thinking to design for conversions, not just aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite.
  • Comfort with data using performance metrics to iterate, improve, and make independent decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
