This individual will act as the supply chain’s single point of contact for Metropolitan Asia Commercial LT. The position will be responsible for leading the in-market supply chain management function for the Southeast Asia, Korea, Hong Kong & Taiwan market cluster, providing direct oversight to sales & operations planning, demand planning, warehousing & distribution operations, in-market trade customization, customer service and customer collaboration within the designated market clusters. The individual will be responsible for developing inputs and overseeing the implementation of the Supply Chain (SC) strategy for the assigned market cluster that will help in re-shaping the supply chain to deliver SC solutions that support the new growth models and new customer-facing initiatives. The individual will supervise direct employees and teams of people working on strategic initiatives in the designated area. You will interface with regional supply chain functions such as E2E franchise supply chain, source, manufacturing, and delivery for operations and capabilities support. This role will represent J&J Supply Chain in the Metropolitan Asia Commercial Leadership Team.

**Core responsibilities include**:

- Act as the Supply Chain’s single point of contact with the commercial organization in the assigned geography. In collaboration with regional supply chain functions (E2E Franchise SC, Source, Make, Deliver & SC Excellence), represent end-to-end supply chain in the x-functional leadership team of Metropolitan Asia Cluster.
- Have direct oversight for demand planning, sales & operations planning, customer collaboration, customer service, warehousing and transportation services, trade customization, and inbound/outbound freight services for the assigned markets.
- Have end-to-end accountability for customer service & experience metrics, COGS, warehousing & distribution costs, inventory, quality & compliance, and Credo metrics for assigned geography.
- Deploy Supply Chain innovation and initiatives to support growth objectives in assigned geography, with an eye toward ensuring broader J&J Supply Chain solutions that are leverageable across markets and in collaboration with regional supply chain functions (E2E Franchise SC, Source, Make, Deliver & SC Excellence),
- Develop and deploy business planning processes to facilitate cross-functionally aligned decision-making for demand, supply, SKU portfolio, project portfolio, and financial plans priorities and allocations across markets in the designated cluster.
- Develop and deploy the strategic direction, planning, coordination, and process excellence for the Order to Cash, warehousing, and transportation operations that drive efficiencies & synergies for the assigned cluster.
- In collaboration with commercial, drive and develop superior customer collaboration capabilities & relationships and go-to-market strategies which enhance business growth, and reduce cost and complexity within an assigned geography and regional supply chain.
- Leads and drives the talent agenda to strengthen the pipeline and critical capabilities, creating cross-functional talent and career pathways within the Asia Pacific.
- Ensures efficient & compliant operations of warehousing, transportation/distribution, and customer service for the assigned cluster.
