We have an immediate opportunity available for a Service Engineer based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide quality support to all customers’ technical enquiries.
- Perform service tasks independently (eg: installation, commissioning, repair, preventive maintenance, relocation, etc) on-site and in-house.
- Create, maintain and update various document reports in the CRM system in accordance with company requirements;
- Providing excellent customer support. This includes responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns or complaints in a timely manner and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service provided.
- Effective collaboration and communication within the sales and service team to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Supporting the sales of service contract.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics engineering.
- 1-2 years with similar work experience (Fresh grads with the right mindset are welcome).
- Must be able to quickly identify and resolve issues in a variety of situations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are essential.
- Highly motivated individual capable of completing all assigned tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Possess a valid class 3 driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
