**Our Client**:Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in French. We seek an Assistant Store Operations Manager (store based) to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient boutique operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Operation**
- Inventory Management
- Prevent Stock Lost or stock damage and ensure Operation efficiency
- Ensure Operation efficiency and product flow are followed the Company regulations
- Manage defective items and was responsible for the local damage cost control
- Lead the stock deliveries, client’s repair and merchandise transfer from the warehouse, other stores and repair workshop.

**People Management**
- Develop a good team spirit within BOH and extend the collaboration to all Boutique staff and across Boutiques
- Lead the BOH team including Cashier, Store Administrator, Stock Assistant, Tailor, Shop Attendants, Part-timers to cover all BOH functions and achieve Boutique business goals and objectives
- Manage the work schedule, grooming and job duties delegation for BOH staff and Part-timers in an effective and efficient manner

**Boutique Administration**
- Responsible for updating reports
- Validate staff attendance, leave, OT records, monthly commission etc. and make sure all related records are submitted to the office timely

**Boutique Maintenance**
- Ensure boutique maintenance is up to standard, deal efficiently and closely monitor to the work performance of external vendors. (including IT support/supplies)

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years at the supervisory level in the luxury retail industry
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
