**Role of Assistant Store Manager/ Store Manager**:
Assists the Head of Store Operations to head the team at our Little Farms retail store by leading our team members in the continued high performance of the store.

**Role of Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager**:

- Oversee the store's operations
- Communicate closely with team members to ensure highest quality service is achieved
- Provide professional, friendly and engaging service, ensure that customers are acknowledged and attended to quickly and efficiently
- Assist customers with their queries and provide recommendations
- Maintain proper ordering of inventories required for store operations
- Upkeep the cleanliness of the store and comply to legal requirements

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in retail operation and customer service
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
