**Responsibilities**:

- Support Enterprise Office365 and Azure AD environment
- Escalation manager for High Priority tickets
- Project management of IT Infrastructure projects including defining program, project scope and objectives along with project estimates, detailed work schedules, and resource plans
- Work with stakeholders on current and future needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained
- Analyze current business and technology practices, user needs, and workflow processes for improvement
- Select and manage infra vendors in accordance to Cordis policy
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Represent the team as a participating member of designated committees
- Participate in enterprise disaster recovery exercises

Qualifications:
**Certifications**
- Industry certifications preferred but not required: MCAAA, MCAF, MCASEA, VCP, CCNA-RS, OCI-DP, OCI-SCP, ACA, ACP, ACE, AWS SAA, AWS SAP, PMP and ITIL

**Education Requirements**
- BS or BA degree in business or computer science with an emphasis in information technology. Graduate degree in business or a related field is preferred.

**Skill Preferences**
- 3 years of Systems Engineering work experience with extensive knowledge and familiarity with various Microsoft server roles in Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, Alibaba Cloud and GCP with SCCM, AD, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SFTP, PAM, eFax, O365, FileShare, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience with primarily Microsoft server roles in Azure, OCI, On-prem hosting with Deployment, Administration, Maintenance and Security, Windows Image creations with CIS benchmarks, Azure Virtual Desktops, SCCM and Systems Administration
- Willing to utilize Automation tools such as Terraform, Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of service management frameworks such as ITIL utilizing ServiceNow
- Understanding/Knowledge of global security frameworks and standards like HIPAA, CIS, NIST, FIPS
- Experience in Systems Infrastructure design and architectures for large Healthcare Manufacturing Enterprise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-initiation, good team leader and willingness to work under pressure
- Ability to manage conflict
- Fluent spoken/written English and another Asian language
