**Information Technology**
IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services. The Board’s IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.

**What you will be working on**
The job holder will be responsible to design, develop and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes and guide to business units. He/she will work with a combination of tools including Power Platform, UiPath, BluePrism, VBA, Python, R etc to support RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) in the Board.
- Build, design and maintain the automation solution as per CoE guidelines and framework
- Uphold and maintain best practices, guidelines, framework, services, tools, and key asset ensuring ongoing evolution, security, and resiliency
- Sense-make when users share their problems, provide guidance users to arrive at solutions using appropriate automation tools such as RPA
- Upskill Automation Champions from all over the Board and with varying skill level to be well-versed in RPA with ability to support their group/department
- Maintain and continually upgrade the RPA infrastructure and RPA managed and unmanaged solutions.
- Maintain and grow the repository of common code by system
- Keep abreast of latest and emerging methodologies and technologies

**What we are looking for**
- Working knowledge of one or more RPA tools such as Power Platform, UiPath, Blue Prism, Python is a must
- Proven ability to learn and pick up new skills, especially in technology and data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively evaluate complex information and make appropriate decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage, influence and win buy-in and commitment from key stakeholders across all levels
- Pro-active, self-driven and willing to take on challenges with a positive attitude in a high pressure and ambiguous environment
- IT Professional certification in RPA tools, Microsoft Technology (VBA, Power Platform, Windows, Web Services), Python, R programming is an added advantage
- Position will be on 2-year contract
