**Summary**
DoubleVerify / Scibids Technology is specialized in Artificial Intelligence applied to algorithmic media trading. We are hiring a Team Lead**, **Account Management** **to provide first class customer service to customers in India and South East Asia region.

Following in the footsteps of quantitative finance, online advertising is transitioning from an intuition-based domain to an increasingly mathematical one with media being bought in real time through exchanges by "trading desks".
Like in finance, the trading desks who embrace AI early will experience a far better rentability and survive/thrive while others will struggle. Scibids Technology equips these trading desks with an Artificial Intelligence software which supercharges campaign performance, brings automation, and eventually increases profitability.
Based on proprietary mathematical breakthroughs and engineering innovations in the space of real time bidding, Scibids works hand in hand with leading programmatic platforms (DSPs) to bring _Customized Algorithmic Bidding Logic_ into the world of media optimization.
Only three years after its creation, the company is equipping hundreds of traders throughout the world and its portfolio keeps on growing In September 2018, Scibids announced a €2,2M funding in order to support its global ambition to remain the largest algorithmic media trading platform in the world. In 2019, Scibids opened offices in Singapore and London in order to accelerate its international expansion and an setup teams in New York (2020) and in 2021 has further setup Miami, Delhi, Tokyo and Madrid. We are now looking forward to setting up our Australia business from 2021.
**What you will do and what we offer**
The mission of Scibids is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for DSP campaigns, bringing the best performance by leveraging log level campaign data, but with minimum human effort.
As a Team lead, Account Management, your role will be to work with Account Managers and Traders, helping them leverage the Scibids software for the improvement of their campaigns and thereby to actively drive the adoption rate of the product by our customers. This position will combine strong problem solving and teaching skills, analytical rigor and interpersonal skills for client servicing.
On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will specifically include:
- Complete accountability for delivering best in class account management for all clients in India and South East Asia
- Managing a team of Account Managers across India and South East Asia
- Guiding the team to ensure seamless** **Onboarding of new customers
- Manage client campaigns, by setting up the AI to optimize towards the goals
- Advising clients and traders to Setup scientific A/B tests and experiments
- Lead impact review sessions, proving the ROI of Scibids
- Partner with the customer to deliver always greater results
- Lead training sessions & improve the skills of your customers
- Enhance the FAQ section of the product with best practices generated from the unique customer situations you encounter
**Qualifications**
- Professional experience (8 to 12 years) in programmatic as a Customer Success / Account Manager / Senior Trader / Campaign Engineer
- Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills
- Highly efficient with their own time while being sensitive to the customer's needs
- Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major will be an asset
