- Finance & Fund Admin background preferred
- Management role within an emerging industrial investment management platform backed by a leading Asian retail developer and US private equity
- Part of the senior management team and reporting to the shareholders
- Responsible for overall establishment and running of the Singapore investment management function and supporting the acquisitions and development teams
- Establish and build out the entire financial reporting, cash management, fund administration and tax compliance processes, including the engagement and management of external service providers
- Establish and build out the platform fund reporting and asset management reporting with the assistance of the local market team
- Be responsible for overseeing implementation of investment management best practices and compliance protocols with the support of third-party service providers
- Support third-party equity fundraising efforts, asset level financing origination and investment structuring
- Support the local market teams where required with regard to investment committee reporting and processes including engagement with third-party investors
**Requirements**:
- Need to be a driven self-starter with institutional exposure and appetite to join an entrepreneurial platform
- Must have a strong finance and accounting background with relevant qualifications
- Experience from PERE or other investment management platform will be essential
- Some exposure to acquisitions and real estate asset management will be an advantage
- SEA and/or industrial experience will be a plus but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management stills will be essential
