**The Company**

The organisation is an international company enjoying stellar growth across the APAC region whilst maintaining its mission toward real estate fund, investment and development management on behalf of its institutional investors. Having systematically built a first-class, highly cosmopolitan pioneering team, there are now additional Fund Management appointments required for regional and/or asset-specific unlisted funds.

**The Positions**

Based in Singapore whilst reporting to the Head of Funds Management, the successfully appointed individuals will enjoy well-rounded responsibility for the management and operation of the funds whilst steering and monitoring all critical investment, development, asset management and financial objectives to ensure alignment with respective investment strategy. Necessarily, the scope will include Fund establishment and structuring including terms negotiation, strategic direction relating to asset performance management to drive ROI, collaboration with finance to examine initiatives to maximise returns, annual asset and portfolio budget reviews, acquire/hold/sell analysis, fund valuations and appropriate investment presentations. Aside from investor communications, the appointed individuals will also engage heavily with other key internal and external stakeholders (investment, development and asset management teams, the Executive Management team as well as external consultants).
