**Description**:

- The work scope of the Enforcement Supervisory Manager includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Plan, deploy, and manage Enforcement Inspection Personnel so as to ensure smooth running and continuity of operations;
- Provide guidance to Enforcement Inspection Personnel during their operation work;
- Ensure all reports submitted to the Authority are timely, accurately reported, and free of grammatical errors;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the course of inspection;
- Compile an inspection tracking sheet to monitor status of inspections and reinspection follow-ups
- Put up incident report for significant events (e.g., police activation) arising from the inspections;
- Identify training needs of enforcement inspection personnel and plan, develop,and facilitate training programs for enforcement inspection personnel; and
- Manage professional conduct and discipline of the Enforcement Inspection Personnel.

**Requirement:
- Minimum diploma from any discipline;
- Minimum five (5) years relevant managerial or project management experience; and
- Strong leadership ability, responsibility, accountability, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- If the performance of the Enforcement Supervisory Manager is below expectations, the Authority reserves the right to escalate to the Contractor’s higher management for replacement.
