Our client, a prominent mobile game development company recognized for its creation of captivating mobile games, has a track record of launching three well-known products, attracting over 20 million players worldwide.

They are looking for an experienced legal counsel to join them in their growing team in Singapore.

**PRINCIPAL LEGAL COUNSEL
As a Principal Legal Counsel, you will provide commercially focused legal support and advice, and assist management and business units in making sound business decisions. You will also ensure compliance with local and regional regulatory requirements.
- Providing legal support on establishing the compliance system and important business activities, including gaming, data privacy, corporate and etc.;
- Analyzing legal issues under the regulations and policies of Singapore, America, and other countries, ensuring legitimacy and compliance, and reducing regulatory and political risk efficiently;
- Provide legal advice to stakeholders and operation teams on a wide range of corporate commercial matters, draft, review, negotiate and advise on agreements related particularly to projects, inter-company matters, employment, compliance, intellectual property, and other corporate matters;
**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- University Law Degree, with 5-7 years of post-graduate experience practicing law as an in-house counsel, associated lawyer or similar role
- Previous experience in the Gaming industry or Technology companies is beneficial
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements is beneficial
