Reporting to the General Manager/Director of Sales, you will be responsible for implementing revenue management strategies to optimize revenue streams and achieve revenue targets. You are required to possess a good situational understanding of market conditions, be able to translate such insights into strategies, and can communicate as well as implement these insights and strategies at the hotel property.

Distribution
- Drive Rate parity, OTA content scores, effective communication and implementation of effective strategies for BOL and OTA.
- Translate insights into strategies in pricing, distribution, upselling and inventory control.
- Conduct weekly Revenue Management meetings/forecasting with General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales Team and Front Office.
- Champion and educate revenue management practices at the property.
- Provide input to the annual budget process on all revenue aspects of the business
- Analyzing competition's sales/promotion efforts.

Reservations
- Reservation Handling and liaison in between travel agents and internal staff.
- Interact with individuals outside the hotel, including, but not limited to clients, Convention Bureaus, local Hotel Associations, Government Tourist offices, Airlines, Travel Agents, Tour Operators, competitors and other members of the local community.
