**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Azure Infrastructure Management**:Manage and configure Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking components, and databases.
- **Monitoring & Troubleshooting**:Implement and manage monitoring solutions, ensure high availability, and perform routine troubleshooting for Azure services.
- **Security & Compliance**:Enforce Azure security best practices, manage identity and access management (IAM) policies, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- **Automation & Optimization**:Automate cloud tasks using Azure tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates to optimize cloud performance and reduce operational overhead.
- **Backup & Disaster Recovery**:Develop, implement, and test backup and disaster recovery plans for Azure workloads.
- **Cost Management**:Monitor and manage cloud usage to optimize costs, and provide insights for cost forecasting and budget allocation.
- **Support & Maintenance**:Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and patching of Azure-based systems.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with development teams to assist in deploying and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- **Documentation**:Maintain clear and detailed documentation for Azure infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing Azure environments.
- Strong experience in Azure cloud services (Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, etc.)
- Proficient with Azure Active Directory, Azure RBAC, and IAM policies.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python) for automation.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Log Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform) is a plus.
- **Certifications**:Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) is preferred and additional Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
