**Responsibilities**:

- Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid IT infrastructure solutions that seamlessly integrate on-premises data centers with Azure cloud services.
- Azure Administration: Manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and Azure Active Directory, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and resource optimization opportunities.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, network security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters.
- Automation and Scripting: Automate routine tasks and workflows using PowerShell, Azure Automation, or other scripting tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Azure services, hybrid infrastructure components, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance. Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay current with the latest Azure technologies, best practices, and industry trends. Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to team members to foster continuous learning and development.
