The Information and Technologies Branch (ITB) provides strategic direction, policy, funding and delivery of strategic information and technology and information and communications technology (ICT) projects and initiatives throughout the department.

ITB has a flexible resource model and encourages mobility across priority projects. Contractors will be initially engaged for one project, initiative or activity but may be asked to work across similar projects, initiatives or activities during the term of a contract - as required to support organisational priorities.

Within ITB, Governance Cyber and Policy undertakes, builds and delivers the governance and solutions for ICT enabled business change. This includes the provision of a full project management services from project initiation to project closure and may include organisational change on behalf of our client.

Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is responsible for providing department-wide initiatives across four directorates - ICT Infrastructure Services Directorate (IIS) delivers services and programs relating to the enterprise platform and network services including telecommunications, data services and data centre services including compute and storage; The Statewide ICT Service Delivery Directorate (SWISD) is the regional delivery arm of ETS, providing assistance to schools with ICT planning and maintenance; ICT Support Services provides service delivery management and governance including project management and delivery; Enterprise Services provides platforms and database services and the management and maintenance of the Managed Operating Environment.

Digital Solutions (DS) is responsible for the full life cycle delivery and management of software used within the department. This includes key products used in schools, such as OneSchool, QLearn and Microsoft Office 365, key products for supporting integration and cyber safety and emerging products focused on better utilising the department’s data. Additionally, Digital Solutions supports and manages the departments entire web presence.

Customer Engagement (CE) has a clear focus on engagement, managing expectations and understanding our customer’s requirements. This includes the full spectrum of customer engagement from Help Desk services, channelling IT enquiries, managing suggested enhancements, participating in the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through to training and related engagement and communication strategies. Each Directorate is responsible for end to end Service Delivery with an agreed focus on supporting all divisions with the department including schools.

Organisational Change Manager

Position overview:
The Organisational Change Manager reports to:

- Manager, Organisational Change Services, Governance Cyber and Policy ; and
- the relevant the program / project manager in relation to the OCM services to the project

The position may manage/coordinate the activities of a change team, based on the needs and stage of the project.

All organisational change management roles in Governance Cyber and Policy are part of the broader Organisational Change Services team and utilise a standard Organisational Change Management framework, methods and templates

The Organisational Change Manager will be responsible for:

- Lead the development, implementation, monitoring and review of organisational change initiatives to support the organisation’s and program/project objectives Tasks / responsibilities.
- Plan, lead and track engagement with program/project stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the program/project manager and relevant business executive to ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved
- Undertake / lead the development and review of organisational change plans, including benefits, communications, business readiness, training and business transition.
- Consult /engage with senior and executive stakeholders to define the business changes they must lead to ensure the benefits are realised.
