About the Role

The Transformation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving organisational change and transformation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining impact assessments, readiness reviews, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identifying and tracking key change risks, actions, and mitigations across projects to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with Change Managers and functional teams to assess preparedness for upcoming changes and provide necessary support.
  • Tracking adoption progress and flagging areas of concern to ensure effective embedding of changes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of communications and stakeholder materials to foster awareness and understanding.
  • Maintaining feedback and change adoption metrics to support transition into business-as-usual.
  • Ensuring that change activities are well-documented and aligned with programme timelines and governance.
  • Closely coordinating with the Transformation Office and workstream leads to ensure consistency across initiatives.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or stakeholder-facing projects.
  • Solid knowledge of change principles and frameworks is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, or readiness tracking is a strong asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent coordination and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and levels of seniority.
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives within Finance, HR, or ERP environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
