**What you will be working on**
- In this role, you will be part of the Safe Sport Taskforce to develop advocacy materials and drive strategy on implementation of Safe Sport education
- Designs, builds and reviews the Safe Sport curriculum and/or tool kit for stakeholders of the sporting community, formulates and updates safeguarding policies and best practices
- Rolls out outreach programmes and campaigns relating to Safe Sport educational tools and best practices
- Drive adoption of the Safe Sport programme, Safe Sport training modules
- Develops partnerships with related local and international organisations
- Plans and organises Safe Sport events and roadshows (e.g. Safe Sport forums, international conference, workshops)
- Designs and updates curriculum of all Safe Sport related training materials (including SportSG-Education & Development (“SportSG-ED”) online modules and blended coach education programmes like Values & Principles in Sport and SG-Coach Programmes Levels 1-3)
- Engages actively with stakeholders
- Conducts training sessions in Safe Sport to stakeholders

- Background in Business Administration, Management, Marketing & Communications, Social Science or related discipline at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Communicates well and adept at building relationships
- Self-starter & team player
