**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and leading the project team.
- Detailed project planning and control including developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
- Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
- Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management.
- Monitoring project progress and performance.

**Requirement**
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Project Estimation and Tendering.
- Carpentry/Joinery works' experiences will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and passion in interior fit-out and builders works for retail and commercial space with at least 3 year of working experience in retail and commercial fit-out environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge in Autocad is useful
- Hands-on, proactive and taking ownership of projects under his/ her responsibility
- Honest, creative, well-organise and able to make decisions for different scenarios
- Some commitment during odd-hours/ weekends or Public Holiday is required, depending on project needs
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin. Advantageous if able to speak dialects or other languages. (in order to build and maintain good relationship with English, Mandarin and other language speaking quantity surveyor, interior designers, vendors, clients & consultants.)
