**Responsibilities**:
- Assist Sous Chefs in preparing fine/semi-fine dining cuisine.
- Complete preparations of house-made ingredients with proper care.
- Uphold and maintain kitchen hygiene & safety following Sous Chef’s requirements and established policies and procedures.
- Able to operate cooking equipment in the kitchen, not limited to, woks, fryers, rice cookers, steamers as well as all common professional cooking equipment found in a kitchen.
- Maintain organisation, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Any other duties as delegated.
**Requirements**:
- Basic Cooking Skills with min. 1-year back-of-house experience.
- Passion for preparing high-quality food with respect for ingredients.
- High willingness to learn - training will be provided.
- Positive attitude
- **Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.**:
- **Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.**
