**Job Highlights**:

- Morning Shift - 07.00 AM to 05.00 PM
- Afternoon Shift - 12.00 PM to 10.00 PM
- Allowance - Heavy Duty Work & Transport
- Lunch/Dinner Provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the Kitchen is in good order before each service.
- Ensure proper storage of all food items and their working stations.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage area and equipment for hygiene purposes.
- Ensure dishes required are prepared according to daily event order(s).
- Assist in ensuring mínimal wastage.
- Prepare and present all dishes according to the Club’s recipe.
- Prepare dishes required for lunch and dinner for functions.
- Report any repair and maintenance work required.
- Other responsibilities are assigned as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- **Entry-level applicants are welcome as training will be provided.**:

- **Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.**:

- Able to work split shifts, on weekends and public holidays.
- Respectful team player who works cordially with peers and others.
- Self-driven to manage tasks assigned.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Humble and willing to learn and share to grow together.
