You lead a team overseeing five top-tier MINDEF/SAF scholarships, managing undergraduate scholars and senior officers on sponsorship courses. On this, you develop selection processes, conduct pre-selection boards, collaborate with stakeholders, plan engagement activities, ensure equity for sponsored personnel, and liaise with various agencies. You also monitor the scholarship budget, adapt to educational landscape changes, and work on policy matters. In addition, you cultivate talents and support their professional development within the organisation.

You must have a tertiary qualification, with 8-10 years' relevant Human Resources (HR) experience. Possession of strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills is essential. You must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR policies, data analytics, and process management is required. You must have excellent customer service, writing skills, and an interest in current affairs. You must be goal-oriented, mature in handling challenges, and willing to work flexible hours when needed.
