The Warehouse and Operations Personnel will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the daily operations of the warehouse, including product receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. The role requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position plays a key role in ensuring that our beauty and aesthetic products are processed accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:Receive and inspect incoming products for quality and accuracy.
Accurately record inventory levels, ensuring stock is logged into the system in a timely manner.
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory to the Operations Manager.
Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure optimal space utilization and inventory accessibility.
Perform regular stock counts and update inventory records as needed.
- **Order Fulfillment**:Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, meeting company standards and customer expectations.
Label, package, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring packaging is secure and compliant with shipping guidelines.
Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely dispatch and delivery.
- **Shipping and Receiving**:Handle the receipt and unloading of shipments, verifying the accuracy of received products against purchase orders.
Ensure products are properly stored and protected to maintain quality.
Prepare and label packages for outgoing shipments, ensuring all paperwork and shipping labels are correct.
Track and manage shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Warehouse Organization**:Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Perform regular safety checks to ensure that equipment and processes adhere to safety standards.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools, safely and effectively.
Assist in maintaining the warehouse layout for optimal workflow and efficiency.
- **Quality Control**:Inspect products for any damages, defects, or inconsistencies, and report issues to the Operations Manager.
Ensure that all products meet company standards for quality and packaging before being shipped.
- **Customer Service Support**:Assist with addressing customer queries related to shipping, delivery, and product availability as needed.
Support returns and exchanges by following the company's returns process and ensuring items are restocked or disposed of appropriately.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:Work closely with other teams, including Customer Service, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory levels, order status, and potential issues.
