Garaging Personnel

2.1 REFUELLING

a) Check the opening stock of diesoline and lubricant

b) Record pump totaliser readings

c) Check inventory items and keep cleanliness of pump area and equipment

d) Assist Diesoline Personnel in conducting daily water contamination checks of the storage tank

e) Check condition of tanker when it arrives and departs

f) Assist Diesoline Personnel in receiving of diesoline/lubricant from tanker.

g) Check pump nozzle daily before use

h) Draw lubricant and other items from store, if required

i) Ensure all working areas are clean before ending shift

2.1.2 Night Shift

7. Check inventory items and keep cleanliness of pump area and equipment

8. Draw lubricant and other items from store, if required

9. Record pump totaliser readings

10. Use Diesel Management System (DMS) to scan the vehicle barcode where required

11. Top up diesoline/lubricant/AUS32/AdBlue, etc. for buses or other company vehicles and

record quantities issued

12. Ensure that there are no residues of diesoline/lubricant/ AUS32/AdBlue, etc. on external

body of vehicles

13. Ensure all pump and storage rooms are securely locked and working areas

Demounting

a) Use the scanner to scan the bus registration number

b) Demount and scan loaded coin boxes with security tie seal

c) Bring the loaded coin boxes to Duty Operation Personnel for sealing of the coin boxes with

security tie seal

d) Load sealed coin boxes onto trolley

e) Any other activities as directed by Duty Operation Personnel

DESPATCHING

a) Load coin boxes onto Coin Truck at assigned Premises

b) Unload coin boxes from Coin Truck to Coin Counting House at Braddell Headquarters

c) Despatch office documents or packages to various departments within assigned site

2.4 GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING

a) Clean all work areas including dispensers and AdBlue Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs)

at the end of each shift to ensure no oil residue or stains remain

b) Report any faults detected in equipment to Duty Operation Personnel
