The Reinsurance Business Unit offers implementation services based on proven structures, methodologies, and best practices derived from experience helping organizations worldwide address challenges around ceded and assumed reinsurance using SAP S/4HANA Insurance for reinsurance management. As a development partner for the solution, we are uniquely qualified to guide companies through the implementation process and help them achieve a high degree of automation for premiums, loss reserves, commission calculation, claims processing, and reporting.

What you will do
- Understand msg’s consulting processes and SAP methodologies
- Develop and provide technical expertise around msg’s products and services
- Communicate and interact effectively with clients
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Contribute to assignments and project work as individual contributor and team member
- Work effectively with msg teams worldwide
- Receive training and mentoring, both on-the-job and in the classroom
- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects
- Work towards becoming an SAP for Insurance specialists/experts in technical, functional or analytical domain

What we are looking for

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree related to business, finance, accounting, computer science, data science, actuarial sciences and statistics or computer programming or equivalent work experience
- Exposure to software technology and hands-on experience configuring software preferred (classroom or work experience)
- Insurance / Reinsurance knowledge or work experience are preferred, but not necessary
- Marked consulting approach and attitude to problem solving
- Good knowledge of English spoken and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment; proven decision-making skills
- Demonstrate aptitude for learning, especially related to business/functional knowledge
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines
- Exceptional problem solver, with proven ability to utilize past experiences to effectively resolve issues

Nice to have
- SAP or other software certifications preferred, but not necessary
- Preferably some experience with Databases, Data Warehousing concepts and SQL and/or Analytics/BigData tech and tools
- Understanding and some experience in programming languages such as C, C#, C++, Java, R, Python and ABAP
- Basic understanding of relational databases and ERPs
- Knowledge of Japanese spoken and written
